JILLISA LYNN

Nationality: Puerto Rican, Italian
Music Videos: Snoop Dogg- Pronto, Soulja Boy- Pretty Boy Swag, Tyrese- I Got A Chick, Baby Bash- Fantasy Girl
Magazines: ESPN, Black Men Magazine, Hip Hop Weekly

LCN: Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
JL: I was born in Rochester, NY. I moved a lot I went to sixteen neighborhood schools and I used to be a rebel turned good (laughs).

LCN: Did you receive a formal education or attend college?
JL:
Yes, I went to a community college almost a year before I began modeling.

LCN: Is modeling your full-time gig, or do you have another job?
JL: It’s full time

LCN: What would you have been if you had never modeled?
JL: I was going to open my own Spa with massage therapy. I still just may with
all hot girls working there could you imagine

LCN: Before you were a model what did you do?
JL: I was a store manager of a cell phone company at 18 and I was a bartender

LCN: What is it about your personality and your upbringing that makes you so
passionate about modeling?

JL: I am driven and outgoing. I was taught to inspire people and reach my
goals.

LCN: What was your first modeling assignment?
JL: I did a shoot for a video game website

LCN: How did you become to be so comfortable in front of the camera?
JL: By practicing over time

LCN: How did you feel taking off your clothes for the first time?
JL: My mom said I could never keep them on as a baby (laughs). So I guess it came
naturally. I’d walk around naked all day everyday if I could (laughs)!

LCN: What was your favorite modeling assignment?

JL: Honestly, I have too many to name. Every assignment is my favorite
because I know how hard it is to get them.

LCN: Did you pursue modeling with the hopes of being ANTM or on the runway? If
so, how did you learn to accept your role as an urban model?

JL: I never had the intention to be a runway model, I knew I wasn’t tall enough and the winners of ANTM aren’t usually that pretty (laughs). So accepting being an urban model was normal but I am not limited to it. Mainstream here I come!

LCN: Who introduced you to the urban modeling industry?
JL:
The Three Six Mafia Shake My video debut (laughs)

LCN: What has this year been like for you in terms of modeling work?
JL: I’ve had one booking after another. I’ve been to so many different cities for
different shoots and events. I have been very blessed. Only two years experience and I’ve worked with at least 30 celebrities

LCN: What has been your most memorable modeling experience?
JL: Being chosen for Snoop Dogg’s video. Since he was on the cover of my first magazine

LCN: As an urban model, you likely deal with stereotypes. Which would you say
is the worst?

JL: I don’t really experience the typical stereotype because I don’t put myself out there like that. I feel you are only stereotyped when you portray yourself that way.

LCN: Do you think exotic dancers and porn stars stepping into the modeling
industry create a negative stereotype for models that are only focused on
being just models?
JL:
It kind of goes with my last answer, because if you’re not putting yourself out there that way then it can’t create a negative stereotype for you. For the exotic dancers and porn stars stepping into the industry, they don’t affect me.

LCN: Have you ever danced? If not have you ever considered it?
JL: I used to bartend at a strip club. I tried it but it wasn’t for me (laughs)

LCN: Have you had to pass up any opportunities due to your morals and ethics?
JL: Yes, I passed up a shoot the other day because I thought the photographer
was shady.

LCN: How would you describe the image that comes across when people look at
your photos?
JL: Sexy, beautiful, and tasteful

LCN: What keeps you motivated?
JL: My supporters and my family

LCN: What type of rituals do you follow before shooting?
JL: Getting good sleep is really my only ritual.

LCN: What do you do to relax or to have fun?
JL: I’m a chill person, a homebody, and I love being with my girls

LCN: What is the wildest party you ever hosted?
JL: Has to be Chris Brown’s VMA party

LCN: On the first date: Sex or HOP (Hold on Playa)?

JL: It depends on how I feel

LCN: Every girl wants an honest man. How can you tell if a guy is honest?
JL: If he’s open and you can talk about anything

LCN: How do you like being romanced?
JL: With food, cheesecake, and then dessert; after the cheesecake (laughs).
LCN: What is the best part of your body; the part that needs the most improvement?
JL:
I love my stomach. I need to tighten my thighs a little for the mainstream
work

LCN: If you had to choose one model to do a girl on girl shoot with, who would
it be and why
?
JL: Tyra Banks, because she’s a super model and she inspires me to learn
from her.

LCN: Have you ever had a girl crush? Would you try her?
JL: Yes and yes (laughs)

LCN: Do you have any secret weaknesses or guilty pleasures?

JL: Cheese and sweets

LCN: Do you have any secret fantasies?
JL: A minaj on an island in the water

LCN: What’s the wildest thing you’ve ever done?
JL: Moved to California with only $500 and my car packed

LCN: What’s the kinkiest item you own?
JL: Your typical vibrator (laughs). Mine has rhinestones!

LCN: What’s the sexiest thing that you’ve ever done for your man?
JL: Invited some friends (laughs)

LCN: What’s one thing about yourself that everyone should know?
JL: I’m goofy and I don’t take everything seriously I laugh a lot

LCN: What would the average person say about you?
JL: I’m sweet, kind, funny, and hyper and I would do for others before I do
for myself

LCN: What wouldn't you mind doing for the rest of your life?
JL: Definitely eating cheese (laughs)! And laughing

LCN: What advice would you give young models looking to step into this industry?
JL:
Be determined, hard working, do what your comfortable with, & don’t
compete with others

LCN: Do you have any up and coming projects?
JL: Yes, OXY Water

LCN: Any shout outs?
JL: I want to thank you for my feature and also thank all of my supporters, I
